Thank you for your comments. I have begun working on a large 20″ x 60″ version of this painting. It’s perfect for over the bed and very peaceful for the bedroom. This new painting will most likely stay in my home, but will make for some nice large giclee prints.

Blimey, what a great job you did on this piece of art. I too enjoy painting with acrylics on the vast majority of my paintings. I love this painting as it makes you feel you are standing in the water and are getting ready to feel the wave hit you. You certainly captured the excitement of the raw power of the ocean. Hope to see more of your art in the future.

This was why acrylic was invented… LOVE the textures. I really like this and this is not normally my thing!
